Labor Chain
AGCO’s responsibilities lie not only in protecting and managing our own labor pool, but also in holding our suppliers (and our suppliers’ suppliers) to the same high standard in terms of ensuring a safe, legal, and healthy labor force. All suppliers are expected to agree and abide by our Supplier Code of Conduct. We train our employees on these important expectations and audit targeted suppliers to verify adherence to these shared principles.

Transparency

AGCO expects our suppliers to source products from ethical sources, no matter the supply chain complexity, because we aspire to collaborate with suppliers operating under our same moral standard.
